Digital Finance Lead – Beacon Hill
One of our clients in Irvine, California is looking for a Digital Finance Lead with the following skills and experience:
Must-Have Technical Skills:
- Celonis Process Mining Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Celonis process mining, including the ability to act as a Data SME and implement process optimization solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of core Finance functions such as Procurement, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounting to align solutions with business needs.
- Proficiency in identifying inefficiencies, designing streamlined workflows, and implementing process enhancements.
- Experience leveraging automation to drive efficiency and value delivery in Finance processes.
Must-Have Collaboration and Leadership Skills:
- Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including IT, business users, and process owners, to translate requirements into actionable solutions.
- Experience conducting workshops to identify improvement opportunities and build consensus among stakeholders.
- Ability to present progress, results, and recommendations effectively to various stakeholders, including leadership teams.
Other Critical Requirements:
- Prioritization and Management
- Capability to manage and prioritize incoming requests, enhancements, and competing deliverables effectively.
- Experience contributing to or establishing a CoE, providing thought leadership and promoting best practices.
